At Maviq Collections, we work hard to deliver your order quickly and safely, anywhere in Pakistan.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 working days
Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on all orders of Rs. 2,000 or above
A flat shipping fee of Rs. [200] applies to orders below Rs. 2,000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply pay the rider in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel with our courier partner PostEx.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.
